Effective date: 16 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect your personal information when you visit https://www.ardo.pro (the "Website"), create an account, purchase our courses or subscription, or otherwise use our services (the "Services"). It is designed to comply with the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA (CCPA/CPRA), among other laws.
This Policy applies regardless of the channel through which you interact with us or make a payment, including our Website, our Telegram bot, and our accounts on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube.
The controller of your personal data is Individual Entrepreneur (FOP) Shtefan Oksana Volodymyrivna, registered in Ukraine, operating https://www.ardo.pro. We may add affiliated entities in other jurisdictions (e.g. the EU); where a different entity is the controller/seller for your order, it is identified at checkout. Contact: admin@ardo.pro.
Where required, we will appoint and identify an EU representative (GDPR Art. 27) and/or UK representative for data-protection matters.
Information you provide: full name; email; phone number; country/language; account credentials; billing information and payment references; purchase and subscription details; messenger usernames (e.g. Telegram); communications, reviews, survey responses and testimonials.
Information collected automatically: IP address; device, browser and operating-system data; pages viewed and usage data; approximate location; and data collected via cookies and similar technologies.
We collect only data you provide voluntarily or that is generated by your use of the Services. We do not knowingly collect special categories of data or data from children under 13.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, which may include WayForPay, Stripe, PayPal and other regional providers depending on your country. When you pay, you enter your card details on the provider's secure page. We do not store or have access to your full card number; the provider processes card data under applicable security standards (e.g. PCI DSS). For subscriptions, the provider stores a payment token to perform recurring charges until you cancel.
We use essential cookies to run the Website, and — subject to your consent where required — analytics and advertising technologies, including Google Analytics and Google Ads, the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram), and may include similar tools from other platforms (e.g. TikTok). These technologies collect pseudonymous data about your interactions (page views, form completions, purchases) to measure and improve our advertising and Website.
Data collected by these tools may be transferred to and stored by the respective providers, including outside your country (e.g. in the United States). You can manage or refuse non-essential cookies through our cookie banner (where shown) and your browser settings; disabling cookies may limit some features.
We share personal data only as needed to provide the Services, with the following categories of recipients (processors/partners):
We do not sell your personal information for money. Each recipient processes data under its own privacy terms and, where applicable, a data-processing agreement.
We and our providers may process your data in countries outside your own, including outside the EEA/UK and in Ukraine and the United States. Where required, such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), the UK Addendum, or transfers to countries covered by an adequacy decision.
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described, including to provide the Services, comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. Records of processing operations may be retained for statutory periods. When no longer needed, data is securely deleted or anonymised.
Subject to applicable law, you may: access your data; rectify inaccurate data; erase data; restrict or object to processing (including direct marketing); request data portability; and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing). You may also lodge a complaint with your data-protection supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, email admin@ardo.pro from the address used at purchase; we may verify your identity.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to: know and access the personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it; request deletion; request correction; and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information and of targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information for money; however, the use of advertising cookies/pixels (e.g. Meta, Google) may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising under the CPRA. You may opt out via our cookie controls or by emailing admin@ardo.pro with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information". We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. Residents of other US states with privacy laws (e.g. Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah) have comparable rights, which we honour where applicable.
With your consent or as permitted by law, we may send you emails, messages and messenger notifications about our products, offers and surveys. You can opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link or by emailing admin@ardo.pro.
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures (including encryption in transit, access controls and secure hosting/CRM) to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No system is completely secure; if a breach affecting you occurs, we will notify you and the authorities as required by law.
The Services are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
The Website may link to third-party sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices; review their policies.
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in law or our practices. The current version, with its effective date, is always posted on the Website. Material changes will be notified where required.
