- In the saucepan, on low heat, combine all the ingredients and wait for everything to dissolve. Don't go away from the stove! You can stir a little with the thermometer. Bring the mixture to 150°C ❗If it doesn't reach this temperature, the lollipops won't harden and will end up sticky.

Wait until the mixture stops making bubbles. To make the lollipops, pour the mixture on the silicone mat, creating small sized round shapes (or as big as you want). Put the end of a bamboo stick on the lollipop.
