• Ingredients:
    • Dark chocolate or white chocolate ( for colorful drips) - 200 g
    • Scentless vegetable oil - 10 ml
    • Fat soluble food coloring for colorful drips
    • Inventory:

    1. Melt the chocolate in the microwave a few times for 15 seconds, stirring after each time.
    2. When the chocolate is fully melted, add vegetable oil and mix them together.
    3. If you need colored drips - add fat soluble food coloring and mix until you get the wanted shade.
    4. If you want white drips - add titanium dioxide while the chocolate is still hot. Blend everything together, and only then you may add the vegetable oil.
    5. The drips should be applied on the cold cake. If you are nervous about it, try doing them on a cold bowl or anything else that might do the job.
